Our head chef Delip Singh brings both international and UK experience to our kitchen, having worked and trained with the prestigious Taj Group — one of India's most iconic luxury hospitality brands. His technical mastery and understanding of authentic regional Indian cuisine is quite simply exceptional.
Our senior chef Jalal Uddin brings years of experience across many of Britain's finest Indian restaurants, adding a wealth of knowledge, craft and artistry to our kitchen. Together, Delip and Jalal bring over 50 years of combined culinary expertise — an unparalleled foundation for the food you experience at La Indika.
Guiding them all is our owner and general manager, Rohel Miah, who has over 25 years of experience within the restaurant trade. Rohel's passion for delivering the highest quality food, complemented by warm and attentive service, is evident in every detail of the La Indika experience.
