La Indika was born from a single, unwavering ambition: to deliver the authentic Indian dining experience to the community of Burnham, Buckinghamshire, with the utmost courtesy and genuine hospitality.

Located at 21 High Street, Burnham, SL1 7JD, we are proudly part of the fabric of Burnham's beloved high street. We serve not only our local Burnham community but also the wider areas of Maidenhead, Taplow, Windsor and Beaconsfield — and we are delighted to have become a firm favourite for local families, couples, and groups who return time and again.

Our menu is inspired by our deep love of traditional Indian cuisine, brought to life through continuous research into the ever-evolving regional dishes of the Indian subcontinent. We combine the finest ingredients — sourced ethically and locally wherever possible — with innovative techniques and a contemporary, cutting-edge style of cooking.

Amongst the various techniques we employ are traditional clay pots, the Singri, and the iconic tandoor oven. Every dish is further elevated by our unique in-house blends of herbs, spices and sauces — developed exclusively for La Indika and unlike anything you will find elsewhere.

What truly sets La Indika apart is the extraordinary depth of experience behind every dish. Our head chef Delip Singh brings both international and UK experience to our kitchen, having worked and trained with the prestigious Taj Group — one of India's most iconic luxury hospitality brands. His technical mastery and understanding of authentic regional Indian cuisine is quite simply exceptional.

Our senior chef Jalal Uddin brings years of experience across many of Britain's finest Indian restaurants, adding a wealth of knowledge, craft and artistry to our kitchen. Together, Delip and Jalal bring over 50 years of combined culinary expertise — an unparalleled foundation for the food you experience at La Indika.

Guiding them all is our owner and general manager, Rohel Miah, who has over 25 years of experience within the restaurant trade. Rohel's passion for delivering the highest quality food, complemented by warm and attentive service, is evident in every detail of the La Indika experience.
